Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy removal and even baking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth — about 2–3 minutes with a hand or stand mixer.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat again until fully combined.

2️⃣ Add the Dry Ingredients:

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed just until incorporated. Avoid overmixing to maintain a soft texture.
  3. Fold in the Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter chips, and chopped peanut butter cups using a spatula or wooden spoon until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
