1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy removal and even baking.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth — about 2–3 minutes with a hand or stand mixer.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat again until fully combined.
2️⃣ Add the Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed just until incorporated. Avoid overmixing to maintain a soft texture.
- Fold in the Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter chips, and chopped peanut butter cups using a spatula or wooden spoon until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
