2. (Jeera) Cumin Water for Weight Loss

Preparation (Two Methods):
Overnight Soak Method:

Soak cumin seeds in a cup of water overnight.

In the morning, boil the water with the soaked seeds for 3–5 minutes.

Strain and add lemon juice (and honey if desired).
Quick Brew Method:

Add cumin seeds to water and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Let it cool slightly, strain, and mix in lemon juice and honey.
Usage Instructions:
Drink this mixture on an empty stomach at the start of your day. For best results, follow it up with 5–10 minutes of light activity such as stretching or a short walk.
